Model text of owners' convention

In order to strengthen the property management, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of all owners, ensure the safe and rational use of the property, maintain public order and create a good environment, we agree to sign this Convention and abide by it together.

1. This Convention shall be submitted by the development and construction unit or the property management unit entrusted by it to the district property management department for examination and approval, and shall be signed by the owner when handling the check-in formalities, and shall come into effect after being signed by 0/5% of the owners of the occupied property/kloc-.

2. This Convention has the same effect on all owners and non-owners of the property. If the owner changes, this convention will continue to be effective.

3. The owners' congress may amend and supplement this Convention according to the actual situation of this property, and report it to the district property management department for approval and filing in advance. The revised supplementary terms shall come into effect as of the date of adoption by the owners' meeting, and it is not necessary for the owners to re-sign.

4. Disputes arising from this Convention between owners, owners and owners' management committee, and owners and property management companies cannot be settled through consultation, which shall be submitted to the municipal property management department for mediation, or submitted to the Shenzhen Arbitration Commission for adjudication according to law.

5. This Convention is made in triplicate, one for the owner, the owner management committee and the property management company.
