Assistant engineer (junior title) evaluation conditions:
(1) Big Ben, engaged in professional and technical work for more than one year.
(2) College degree, engaged in professional and technical work for more than two years.
(3) technical secondary school education, engaged in professional and technical work for more than three years.
It is not necessary to take the exam to evaluate assistant engineers. When the number of years is up, you should fill out a declaration form and submit it to the personnel department for direct approval together with your diploma, ID card and photos. Professional title evaluation is conducted once a year. Please consult the local personnel bureau for specific time.
