To enter oneself for an examination as a property manager (national vocational qualification level II), one of the following conditions is required:

1, graduated from high school or technical secondary school, engaged in this occupation 10 years or more.

2, college degree or above, engaged in this occupation for more than 8 years.

3. Get a master's degree or above and complete the internship.

4. The person in charge of the property management enterprise with college degree or above has been engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years.

Where can I register for the logistics qualification certificate?

You need to register with the training institution authorized by the National Urban Construction Center of the issuing department. You'd better bring your ID card and academic credentials when you register.
