At the same time, the city implements the system of management responsible person for classified delivery of domestic waste, and the management responsible person determines the facilities, containers and collection and transportation units for classified delivery of domestic waste in accordance with regulations, and is responsible for daily management and maintenance.

In residential areas, the management responsible person is generally entrusted by the owner to implement property management by the property service enterprise, and the property service enterprise is the management responsible person; In rural residential areas, villagers' committees are responsible for management.
