Signed a cooperation agreement with Huawei for digital transformation top-level design planning consulting project.

On March 29th, the Group held a mobilization meeting for the top-level design and planning consulting project of digital transformation, and signed a project cooperation agreement with Huawei. Peng Zhongyang, director of Huawei and president of BG; Zhong Shanqun, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the Group; Ye, yan wang and Peng Hongbo, vice presidents; Li Qun, deputy commander of the Port Construction Command; Xiao Mingjun, chief engineer; and Chen Biao, secretary of the Board of Directors.

During the Tenth Five-Year Plan period, the Group is committed to building a comprehensive marine economic service provider with outstanding global influence, and digital transformation is an important way to carry out its work. The project kick-off meeting introduced the advanced experience in the industry, unified the understanding, and put forward the strategic positioning, working ideas, work plans and implementation steps of digital transformation according to the actual situation of the group, encouraging employees to take the initiative and strive to be the vanguard of digital transformation.

After the mobilization meeting, the group and Huawei representatives signed a project cooperation agreement, which marked the official start of the top-level design planning consultation of the group's digital transformation, and the group's digital transformation work will be fully rolled out.

Yantian Port Group was established in 1985. Relying on superior natural geographical conditions and taking advantage of the policy advantages of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, the Group has implemented a highly market-oriented port development model. Yantian Port is divided into east and west operation areas. The west operation area and the middle operation area have been completed, and the east operation area is under construction. It is one of the first choice ports for the world's largest 200,000-ton super-large ships. Yantian Port is a hub port area in South China, with nearly 100 routes every week, 60% of which come from Europe and America. This is a container terminal, with single throughput and efficiency leading in the world.

Dachanwan Port Area is adjacent to Qianhai, and its transportation network extends in all directions. Five 654.38+10,000-ton container berths have been built in the first phase of the project, which is one of the important port areas in western Shenzhen. In 20 15, Dachan Bay became the first import and export port for marine vehicles in Shenzhen. With the development of modern marine industry, it will become an international marine science and technology base in Industry-University-Research and an offshore fishing base in the future.

Yantian Port Group has rich experience in port logistics and other comprehensive supporting development and operation. Logistics section, operating warehouse1170,000 square meters, including 19 bonded warehouse and supervision warehouse. Among them, Yantian Port Modern Logistics Center, covering an area of 500,000 square meters, is a large-scale single storage and distribution center in China. 20 15 was completed and put into production, realizing "putting into production that year and making Man Cang profitable that year".

In China, the Group took the initiative to plan and seize opportunities, laid out ahead of schedule in economic hotspots such as "Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area", "Yangtze River Economic Belt" and "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Integration", and successfully invested and operated domestic port projects such as Hubei Huangshi New Port, Huizhou Tsuen Wan Coal Terminal, Shenshan Xiao Mo International Logistics Port, Hunan Jinshi Port, Hebei Caofeidian Port and Hainan Strait Co., Ltd., thus forming a diversified port layout in China.

Overseas, the Group has made great efforts to expand overseas investment in Egypt, Malaysia, Thailand and other places. And signed a strategic framework agreement with Hutchison Whampoa on investment cooperation in global ports and logistics-related fields to form an overseas investment strategic alliance.

At present, the port area has fully implemented "changing oil to gas" for wharf trailers and "changing oil to electricity" for gantry cranes, and established shore power system, oil spill alarm system, sewage treatment system, waste oil collection system and marine garbage disposal system, including 6 shore power systems, each with a rated capacity of 4MVA, covering 16 large deepwater berths. Yantian Port is at the forefront in the construction of green port in China.
