I don't think it's reasonable to walk the dog before 10:30.

Although as a resident of the community, I should abide by the regulations put forward by the community, but I think this regulation is not appropriate. When I saw this news, the reason why this rule was put forward was because some people in the community walked their dogs too early, which would scare the old people who walked around in the community. In fact, as far as the actual situation is concerned, when residents walk their dogs in big cities and communities, they will not only lead the dogs with leashes, but also put a cover on their mouths to prevent their dogs from running around and biting others.

So in most cases, residents who walk their dogs have done their duty. We have taken corresponding responsibilities and taken relevant protective measures, with a high safety factor. So I don't think there is any problem from whether these six buildings are safe or not and whether they will cause trouble to other residents. So this is the first reason why I don't think dog walking time should be limited.

The next day, judging from the individual allocation time of residents walking dogs. In a big city like this, many people go to work during the day and do all kinds of jobs. So during the day, there is little time. There are all kinds of entertainment after work, so the time allocation is very tight. In this case, if there is a pet dog at home, residents should be allowed to allocate their own time to walk the dog, rather than mandating when to walk the dog. And I don't think the residential property has that great power to limit the dog walking behavior. Residents' own time should be respected and allocated reasonably.

I think, as community managers, we should try our best to take care of the legitimate rights and interests of every kind of residents. You can't hurt or harm the interests of another part of the residents just because you say you are taking care of one part. And if you walk the dog at night, it is easy to disturb the rest of the residents in the community.

Therefore, considering all aspects and the interests of all parties, I think it is inappropriate for the community to stipulate that dogs cannot be walked before 10:30.
