There are always calls starting with 13 1 for the following reasons:

1. It may be a fraudulent phone call. 13 1 is the old number segment of China Unicom, which is operated by China Unicom. The virtual number segment is a mobile phone number segment approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and opened by virtual operator Leasing Telecom, China Mobile and China Unicom. At present, it is mainly concentrated in sections 17 1 and 170.

2. It may be a sales call from a merchant or an individual.

3. It may be the phone number of some enterprises, banks or property management companies.
