Brief introduction of Zhejiang Greentown Property Company

Our company is a member of china property management institute. Ms. Haron Lee, Chairman and General Manager, is the executive director of the Association and the vice president of Hangzhou Property Management Association.

The company implemented ISO9002 quality management system standard in April 1999, and passed the certification of Shanghai Quality System Audit Center in September of the same year.

In July, 2002, it passed the 2000 edition of ISO900 1 quality management system audit, and passed the RAB certification of American authoritative certification body.

In May 2008, an environmental management system was established, implemented and maintained according to the ISO 1400 1:2004 standard, and passed the certification and audit of Shanghai Quality System Audit Center in the same year.

In 2007, the park life service system initiated by Greentown Group won the Urban Management Progress Award of the Ministry of Construction (later the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development), and Greentown Property Management Company also promoted the construction of the park life service system covering three major systems: health, culture, education and home life. In the past three years, the construction of the system has been highly praised by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and china property management institute, and has also been widely recognized by the majority of owners. On May 20 10, the service system of the park passed the evaluation and acceptance of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
