The parking space in the community just expired and the property was given to someone else.

Unauthorized allocation of parking spaces in the community requires the owner's consent. The property has the right to arrange the use of parking spaces, and the resource property of the community has the right to allocate. Article 74 of the Property Law stipulates: "Parking spaces that occupy roads or other venues owned by the owner for parking cars belong to the owner." With the approval of the property management company and the consent of the owners, the parking spaces rebuilt by using green space, roads, civil air defense projects and other facilities and equipment shall not be rented, sold or donated, and the proceeds shall be owned by all owners, and no other unit or individual may occupy them.
