Introduction to the World Skills Competition held every few years.

1. The World Skills Competition is held every two years and has been held for 44 times. The 45th World Skills Competition will be held in Kazan, Russia in 20 19.

2. The World Skills Competition is organized by the World Skills Organization, which is known as the "Skills Olympics" and is an important platform for members of the World Skills Organization to display and exchange their professional skills.

3. Up to the 42nd World Skills Competition on 20 13, the competition items of the World Skills Competition were divided into six categories, namely, structural and architectural technology, creative art and fashion, information and communication technology, manufacturing and engineering technology, social and personal services, transportation and logistics, with a total of 46 competition items.

4. In most competitions, the age of the contestants is limited to 22 years old, and the age of the contestants is limited to 25 years old in four comprehensive projects with work experience requirements, such as manufacturing team challenge, mechatronics, information network wiring and aircraft maintenance.
