In residential areas where there is no property management enterprise, the applicant shall apply to the local property management department for the "Yuhang District Housing Decoration Filing Application Form", which shall be filled in by the street or community where it is located and signed and sealed by the person in charge.

Two, the decoration amount is less than 300 thousand or the construction area is less than 300 square meters, and the decoration is filed with the real estate management office; If the decoration amount is more than 300,000 yuan or the construction area is more than 300 square meters, a termite control contract shall be signed, and the construction permit shall be handled at the district construction management office.
