Requirements related to the qualification of construction engineer:

1. After passing the first-class construction engineer qualification examination, the personnel departments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government will issue the Qualification Certificate of China People and National First-class Construction Engineer uniformly printed by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Construction. The certificate is valid nationwide.

2. Before the implementation of the first-class constructor qualification examination, the country has a high theoretical level and rich practical experience in general contracting and construction management positions for a long time. Personnel engaged in senior professional and technical positions can obtain the qualification certificate of construction personnel through examination and appraisal. The assessment methods shall be formulated separately by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Construction.
