Property procedures for decorating houses

Sign a decoration agreement

Sign the decoration agreement issued by the property management company.

Provide decoration drawings

Apply for a work permit

To apply for a "work permit", that is, to post the construction period at your door for property inspection.

Get a pass

Pass: it is mainly aimed at the workers who decorate, so as to avoid illegal personnel from mixing into the community during the decoration period. When you apply for a pass, you'd better bring two one-inch photos of your foreman and workers, and a copy of your ID card 1.

Pay the garbage cleaning fee

Garbage cleaning fee: this fee is used to pay for cleaning up the garbage from property decoration, which is different from the fee paid to the decoration company, and different property companies charge different fees.
