At present, CYTS Shandong has set up two departments: domestic tourism center, outbound tourism center, inbound tourism center, conference (exhibition) service center, tour guide service center, office and financial settlement center. Enterprise management of Shandong CYTS

In the early days of its establishment, Shandong Youth Travel Service received more than 300 overseas tourists in the second half of the year 1988 based on the principle of "building borders, friendship and economic benefits", achieving a balance of payments and a slight surplus. It also opened the "Urban Folk Tour" for Japanese youth group tourists for the first time in the province, and successfully received friendly delegations visiting China such as Wakayama Youth Delegation and Natsuo Yamaguchi United Youth League.

1989, received 48 batches of 850 people, with a profit of 37,000 yuan. The 80-member delegation of "Hokuriku Bookstore China Exhibition" was the largest, most influential and most successful reception team at that time. In the same year, the joint head office also attracted a Korean university holiday suspension group, with a total of more than 400 people in 14 batches.

With the development of outbound tourism business, 1992 has seen a new situation of simultaneous development of inbound tourism and outbound tourism. During the period of 1993, the outbound and inbound tourism business continued to develop. The number of outbound tourists reached114, and the number of inbound tourists reached 1020. The whole society realized the profit and tax of10.2 million yuan.

Shandong Youth Travel Service has been operating well since its establishment to 1994. After 1994, with the liberalization of national outreach rights, more and more travel agencies are engaged in outbound tourism business, which has greatly affected the entry and exit business of Shandong Youth Travel Service, with its turnover declining year by year and serious losses for enterprises. From 1997 to 1999, after two major adjustments, Shandong Youth Travel Service gradually resumed its business. After SARS in 2003, youth travel entered a period of great development. In 2004, the number of domestic tour groups reached 22,000, the number of outbound tour groups reached 6,800, and the number of inbound receptions reached 8,900, with a turnover of 42 million yuan and profits and taxes of 2.4 million yuan. In 2005, there were 28,000 domestic delegations, 7,800 outbound delegations and 8,900 inbound receptions, with a turnover of 42 million yuan. In 2006, there were16,000 domestic tour groups, 6,500 outbound tour groups and 9,000 inbound tour groups, with a turnover of 56.7 million yuan. In 2007, there were 22,800 domestic tour groups and 9 100 inbound tour groups, with a turnover of 82 million yuan.

With the development of tourism business and the expansion of business scale, Shandong Youth Travel Service has won many honors. In 2002, it won the title of "Provincial Youth Civilization" and "Trusted Unit of Tourism Consumers in Shandong Province". In 2003, it was approved by the National Tourism Administration as a group agency (national level) qualification. In 2004, it won the honor of "Best Travel Agency for Inbound Business in Jinan", in 2006, it won the title of "Top 20 Travel Agencies in Jinan" and in 2007, it won the title of "CYTS Alliance Member Unit".
