Brief introduction of Tianmen new city

Tianmen New Town covers an area of 1 000 mu, located in the southwest of Tianmen City, facing the old city across the river in the north, adjacent to Hanbei Road in Tianmen Middle School in the west, Zhongxing Avenue in Dongfeng Branch Canal in the south, and West Lake Road in the east. The second Tianmen River Bridge and the "Star Bridge" under construction are closely connected with the old city, with a total construction area of nearly one million square meters and a green space rate of nearly 35%.

The new town follows the principle of "one-time planning, phased construction, orderly promotion and quality building". Adhering to the corporate philosophy of "science, people-oriented, innovation, ecology and quality" and the quality concept of "Tianmen New City, a century of human settlement", we will make every effort to build it. The West Lake Road under construction crosses the bridge, and the parallel secondary roads in the city are Wen Yuan No.1 Road, Wen Yuan No.2 Road and Wen Yuan No.3 Road in turn. The east-west main roads are Wang Gong Street, Zhongshan Road and Xing Xing Street, which are currently under intense construction. These roads not only constitute a crisscross traffic network, but also divide the new city into several blocks.

The green space in the new city is picturesque, and the amusement facilities are perfect. To the north of "Star Street" and along Tianmen River, a beautiful riverside park will be built. There will be many shops to choose from in this street. At the intersection of Xihu Road and Zhongxing Avenue, the largest commercial plaza in the city was designed, which set off the status of the new city commercial city to a climax, surpassing any existing shopping mall in scale and naturally becoming the new city commercial center of our city. As for the two sides and intersections of Xincheng Street, business opportunities are hidden everywhere. Based on the planned roads, the new town will be divided into more than a dozen square groups to build residential quarters with perfect functions and standardized design, providing more than 6,000 sets of different grades of houses for the market. At present, the first phase of the "Sunshine Li Jingwan" project with a construction area of nearly 80,000 square meters has begun to take shape.
