After the property fee is paid, does the property have the right to stop water for the owner?

First: your water is directly supplied by the water plant, and the property has no right to interfere.

Second: your water is supplied by the secondary booster pump in the community. There are two kinds of pressurization fees here. If it is included in the water fee, as long as you pay the water fee, the property has no right. If the pressurization fee is included in the property fee, it is theoretically possible.
