How to solve the dispute with the property?

Legal analysis: According to relevant laws and regulations, there are four ways to solve civil disputes: conciliation, mediation, arbitration and litigation. Therefore, we can communicate with the property in these four ways.

Legal basis: Article 2 of the Mediation Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) The people's mediation mentioned in this Law refers to the activities of the people's mediation committee to persuade the parties to reach a mediation agreement voluntarily on the basis of equal consultation to solve civil disputes.

Article 3 The provisions of this Law shall apply to the people's courts in accepting civil lawsuits brought by citizens, legal persons, other organizations and among them because of property relations and personal relations.

Article 50 Both parties may reach a settlement by themselves.

Article 4 of the Arbitration Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) * * * If the parties settle their disputes through arbitration, they shall voluntarily reach an arbitration agreement. If there is no arbitration agreement and one party applies for arbitration, the Arbitration Commission will not accept it.
