Another problem that needs attention is whether there are cracks in the wall. Sometimes, some people may not care too much about this problem. Generally speaking, about 2.65 meters is an acceptable range. If the house is less than 2.6 meters, then you need to consider it. The balcony door generally depends on the level difference between the inside and outside of the balcony door. If the balcony elevation is consistent with the indoor elevation, it is difficult to avoid the problem of rainwater infiltration in rainy days.
