Second, the construction quality

1. 2. There are some quality problems in the construction process, such as poor heat preservation of air-conditioning condensate pipes and uneven application of fire retardant coatings on fire-fighting pipes. The supervision engineer has issued a rectification instruction.

No quality accidents occurred during this period.

3. The supervision engineer has made physical acceptance of the wires, boxes, pipes, anti-static floors, fire-retardant coatings, light steel keels, bridges and other materials and equipment, and taken photos for archiving. The quality certification documents of various materials and equipment are complete and effective. No materials that do not meet the requirements of environmental protection were found to enter the site.

Third, the construction safety

When the supervision engineer inspected the site, no smokers were found. The number and location of fire extinguishers should be placed according to the requirements of the owner.

Fourth, the existing problems

1. The air-conditioning construction personnel on the fifth floor encountered difficulties when entering the site. After the coordination between the owner and the building property, the problem was solved. On the 27th, air-conditioning personnel went through the construction procedures.

2. During the renovation of the sixth floor computer room, due to the insufficient supply of building materials and other factors (see 3.25 Coordination Meeting Minutes for specific reasons), the renovation project was postponed for one week.

In the supervision project department, through continuous understanding and learning, I learned the relevant knowledge of construction engineering. From watching to internship, I feel the progress and improvement brought by internship. I work as a general supervisor in the project department, mainly responsible for the civil work related to 1, 4 and 5 buildings. In my work, I strictly supervise the built projects, serve warmly and devote myself wholeheartedly to the supervision work. In order to better manage the project, we have compiled the supervision planning outline and supervision implementation rules, and carried out strict project acceptance procedures on site, and we have strictly controlled every link from material entry to installation to concealed acceptance. We also have full-time experimenters to witness the sampling and inspection of incoming materials. For safety work, we have made a complete plan and arrangement, from safety disclosure and preparation of special construction plan to on-site safety inspection.

As a supervisor, I actively perform my duties, obey the management of the company, and be familiar with engineering drawings and related specifications and construction atlas. Strict supervision of admission materials, unqualified materials are strictly prohibited for engineering. Supervise and urge the contractor to implement the process inspection procedures formulated by the supervisor, conduct on-site inspection every day, organize the supervision log on time, supervise and urge the construction unit to inspect the inspection lot, check the authenticity, completeness and accuracy of the submitted materials, participate in the related work of design disclosure and blue prints.the design, review and file design changes, and handle visa claims. During my work, I also read the corresponding atlas specifications and construction technology, and read modern measurement technology, flat drawing and reinforcement calculation. Participate in the weekly project meeting, summarize and evaluate the weekly project progress and next week's plan, project quality and safety work, and put forward requirements for future work.

Through all the work, I gradually became familiar with the supervision business and work content, mastered the essentials and key points of supervision work, made clear the nature and requirements of supervision work, realized the independence and importance of supervision work, and put forward strict requirements for my future work, striving to make myself grow step by step in future work and contribute to the construction of the motherland.
