Property manager refers to the person who manages the houses and their ancillary facilities put into use and provides various comprehensive paid services to the owners and users. Property management personnel must have a high school education or above, have certain observation ability and strong expression and calculation ability, and are one of the occupations that implement employment access.

There are three levels of this profession, namely: property manager (national vocational qualification level 4), assistant property manager (national vocational qualification level 3) and property manager (national vocational qualification level 2).
