Property contract renewal agreement

The contract renewal period is agreed by both parties, which is not clearly stated in national laws. Generally speaking, it is best to sign the contract within 5 years, and the specific time depends on the specific situation.

The update time has two aspects:

1. If the contract before renewal is an early property management contract, there is no limit on how many days in advance, as long as both parties agree.

2. If the property management contract is renewed within the normal period, it shall be implemented in accordance with the agreement in the contract. If there is no agreement in the contract, the signing will generally be discussed three months in advance (we usually do it five months in advance, mainly to make the work detailed). Of course, if no one competes with you when renewing the contract, and the owner is satisfied with the property management company, then it is ok to sign one week in advance, as long as it is signed before the contract expires. The key is to know your own actual situation.
