How to pay the property fee

Property fees are generally paid in accordance with the provisions of the property service contract from the month after delivery. The collection time of property fees shall be implemented in accordance with the agreement in the contract between the two parties. Generally speaking, the property service fee is paid on a monthly basis, and the developer pays it before the delivery, and the buyer pays it the next month after the actual delivery. The amount of property fee is calculated according to the owner's property area. The area on the real estate license multiplied by the unit price of property fee multiplied by 12 months is the property management fee for one year.
