How to price the products or services of enterprises with tight supplies during the COVID-19 epidemic?

Legal analysis: During the epidemic period, production enterprises are not allowed to raise prices without authorization, which is an administrative violation. If the circumstances are serious, it may be suspected of committing a crime. Legal basis: Article 6 of the Provisions on Administrative Penalties for Price Violations If an operator violates the provisions of Article 14 of the Price Law and commits one of the following acts of pushing up commodity prices too fast or too high, he shall be ordered to make corrections, his illegal income shall be confiscated and he shall be fined not more than five times his illegal income. If there is no illegal income, a fine of not less than 50 thousand yuan but not more than 500 thousand yuan shall be imposed. If the circumstances are serious, it shall be ordered to suspend business for rectification, or the administrative department for industry and commerce shall impose a fine of less than 3 million yuan.

(1) fabricating and spreading information about price increases, disturbing the market price order;

(two) in addition to production and personal use, beyond the normal storage quantity or storage cycle, a large number of goods with tight market supply and abnormal price fluctuations are hoarded, and they continue to hoard after being warned by the competent price department;

(3) using other means to drive up prices and push commodity prices to rise too fast or too high.

Where an industry association or a unit providing services for commodity trading commits an illegal act as stipulated in the preceding paragraph, it may be fined up to 500,000 yuan. If the circumstances are serious, the registration and license shall be revoked by the registration administration organ according to law.

If other units other than those mentioned in the preceding two paragraphs spread false information about price increases and disturb the market price order, which should be investigated and dealt with by other competent departments according to law, the competent price departments may put forward suggestions for punishment according to law, and the relevant competent departments shall punish them according to law.
