2. Visitors or owners' vehicles without parking permits will be strictly controlled to enter the park. If it is really because the car is loaded with heavy objects or people with mobility difficulties, the vehicle can be allowed to enter the park after verification by the entrance and exit security officer and hung at the location designated by the on-site security officer. 5. 6. The security officer at the entrance and exit issues (withdraws) temporary vehicle access certificates to vehicles entering and leaving the park.
