The relevant examination and approval items are hereby approved as follows:

1. construction site: the project is located in shunyi new town 13 plot of Ma Po town. The four specific areas are Ren 'an Road in the east, Machang East Road in the south, Kun 'an Road in the west and Yang Xu Street in the north. The project covers an area of about10.6 million square meters, with a construction area of 52,000 square meters, including about 25,600 square meters above ground and 26,400 square meters underground. The six floors above ground are residential buildings, and the three floors below ground are E-class warehouses, equipment rooms and garages. Small commercial service rooms, community management rooms and property service rooms will be built.
