1. Price factor: I feel that the property type in Cambridge is mainly villas, and the price is relatively high, which is unbearable for ordinary just-needed and improved buyers, so there is less demand for buying houses.

2. Geographical location and supporting facilities: In my impression, Cambridge is located near Taihu Lake, far from the city center, with inconvenient transportation, lack of supporting facilities and inconvenient life. This makes some potential buyers flinch from buying properties in Impression Cambridge.
