Article 2 These Interim Measures shall apply to the application, lease and management of public rental housing in Binhu New District.
Article 3 The term "public rental housing" as mentioned in these Interim Measures refers to part of the housing in Binhu Huiyuan and Binhu Homeland and the newly-built public rental housing in Binhu New District. The purpose is to solve the accommodation problem of some employees in Binhu New District.

Article 5 Apply for public rental housing

8) Do not use the family as a unit for personal use.
Article 8 Maintenance and conservation of public rental housing.
In the daily use of the house, the lessee is responsible for the maintenance and repair of consumables in the house, and must replace them in time after damage. Public parts are maintained and repaired by property management companies.
Ninth public rental housing renewal and recovery.
If it is necessary to renew the lease, the lessee shall apply for renewal within one month before the expiration of the contract. The headquarters of Binhu New District shall inspect and evaluate the performance of the contract and the use of the house, and decide whether to renew the lease. Article 10 Punishment
