There is no geographical restriction on real estate license.

It is the qualification certificate of property management personnel issued by the Ministry of Construction. According to the requirements of property management regulations, property practitioners should obtain qualification certificates before they can engage in property management.

In practice, usually only property managers and managers and supervisors of property departments at all levels need to be certified, while others, such as maintenance workers, security guards and cleaners, do not need to be certified (some positions have special certificates, such as electricians, elevator workers and fire attendants).
