Hello, landlord. A power purchase card is generally a specific card. There are two kinds of electricity purchase cards corresponding to specific meters, either directly corresponding to the State Grid or directly corresponding to the property company to purchase electricity.

If it is a "State Grid Electricity Meter", that is, the kind of recharge card that customers recharge directly at the power supply bureau, they can recharge directly at the power supply company/bank to buy electricity. If it is a prepaid electric meter (card-type electric meter) managed within the community, it needs to be recharged at the community property to purchase electricity. Other departments will not accept it.
