Official full text of the Civil Code 2022 Property Law

According to the Civil Code, a property management company is an enterprise-type economic entity established in accordance with legal procedures and with corresponding qualifications to operate property management business. Property companies and owners or users are equal subjects and belong to service enterprises. Entrusted by the owner, the property company conducts professional management of specific areas in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations or the contract, and obtains corresponding remuneration.
