Three, the early housing property charges, make rules at will. The property fee in the early stage is relatively high, and the property fee is 1.6 square meters. The renovation needs at least the garbage cleaning fee in 600 yuan. However, these wastes require the owners to pay extra fees to pull them out and dump them outside the community. This charge is too high, and the property sets its own charging standard without the permission of the price bureau. If the owner raises different opinions, no keys are allowed, and no water or electricity is allowed. In response to the above problems, the owners have repeatedly looked for housing enterprises and property management companies, but they have not received a formal reply and rectification, and their attitude is extremely overbearing and tough.
