List of elevator fees on different floors

The state has relevant regulations on elevator charges.

About the charging standard of residential elevator fee:

1. According to the number of families, the maximum charge per person per month 10 yuan.

2. Charge according to the construction area: no more than 0.3 yuan per square meter per month.

3. 12-storey and above high-rise residential elevators: the charging standard is subject to the government-guided price.

4. Multi-storey, small high-rise and non-residential elevators: the charging standard will continue to be regulated by the market.

5. Old residential area without property management: an agreement can be signed to charge according to the standard agreed by both parties through consultation.

6. Self-financing renovation of elevator residential buildings by enterprises: agreements can be signed according to the standards agreed by both parties, and fees can be charged.

7. Residential change of use or business activities: the property can negotiate with the owner to agree on the elevator charging standard.
