Hutchison Port Group Limited ("Hutchison Whampoa Port") operates in 23 countries and operates 257 berths in 45 ports. Five of the seven busiest ports in the world are operated by Hutchison Whampoa.

The total throughput of Hutchison Whampoa Port reached 59.3 million TEUs in 2006. The group owns the largest port in Britain, Philistown, as well as Harwich Port and Thames Port. The Group owns and operates telecommunications services, and provides diversified related services in 15 countries, including third-generation (3G) multimedia mobile phones, second-generation (GSM) mobile phone systems, fixed-line services, fiber-optic broadband networks and radio broadcasting.

The Group operates telecom business under the brand "3" and keeps ahead in the continuous transformation of 3G industry. Hutchison Whampoa is one of the earliest operators in the world to launch 3G services, which enhances people's interest in life through rich multimedia mobile communication content. The Group holds licenses for Australia, Austria, Denmark, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Macau, Norway, Sweden and the United Kingdom 1 1 market, with a total number of customers exceeding14.7 million.

Hutchison Telecom International Limited (Hutchison Telecom) is determined to strive for future growth in developing markets, and at the same time, it will use cutting-edge technology to launch advanced services in more mature and high-demand markets to meet the growing requirements of customers. Hutchison Telecom operates mobile telecommunications networks in Hong Kong, Macau, Israel, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Ghana, Indonesia and Vietnam, and operates 3G networks and provides fixed-line services in Hong Kong. The Group holds an interest in Hongkong Electric Group ("HEC") and is also a major shareholder of Husky Energy. HEC is the only power supplier in Hong Kong Island and Lamma Island, and Husky Energy is one of the largest energy and related businesses in Canada.

Investment and other departments mainly include Hutchison Whampoa (China), listed subsidiaries and Huang China Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd., and TOM Group, a joint venture company of Hutchison Hong Kong and Land.

Hutchison Whampoa China Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Hutchison Whampoa China") is the investment business of Hutchison Whampoa in Chinese mainland.
