Formal employee resignation procedures:

1. If the party's labor contract has not expired, it shall submit a written application for resignation and dissolution of the labor contract to the department head one month in advance, and the department head shall report it to the Human Resources Department after signing the opinions.

2. According to the post of the client, the human resources department reports to him step by step. Some only need the approval of the department head, while others need the approval of the general manager and chairman. The Human Resources Department informs the department heads of both parties to arrange the handover.

3. The parties need to hand over the loan in turn according to the company's handover procedures, work handover details, and goods handover list (different from company to company). After the Finance Department settles the loan, the handover of the working party is deemed to be completed after it is signed by both parties and department leaders.

4. If the salary involves insurance, the Human Resources Department and the Finance Department shall handle the insurance liquidation and insurance downsizing procedures. The employer shall handle the transfer formalities of personnel files and social insurance relations within 15 days, and the parties concerned shall implement the handling situation and ask for relevant written handling materials.

5. The Human Resources Department counts the attendance this month, reports it to the superior leader for instructions, and pays the party's salary on the salary settlement date.

6. The Human Resources Department shall go through the formalities of dissolving the labor contract and issue the certificate of dissolving the labor contract to the parties. The next new company needs a labor contract termination certificate. As long as it is a regular large unit, it will generally be required to be issued, so be prepared.

If you are a probationary employee, you usually only need to apply three days in advance, and the procedure is relatively simple.
