Brief introduction of century square

Century avenue Century Plaza was built in May, 1995, covering an area of 269,000 square meters, with a total investment of16.348 million yuan. It is a landmark building in the development zone, invested and built to improve the investment environment of the whole region and promote the development of business tourism. It is a large-scale activity place integrating tourism, sightseeing, leisure and entertainment.

The whole building of Century Plaza mainly embodies the theme of "Light of the Century". The center of the square is in the shape of the sun with a central platform. Eight colored roads radiate around from the central platform, symbolizing brilliant prospects. They are connected with eight roads to form a circular road, and are connected with 10 road from four directions in the southeast and northwest to form a square traffic network. In Tainan, the center of the square, there are 12 carved columns with a history of 5000 years.

Overlooking the whole square, it is symmetrically distributed, backed by the Century Park with clear water and green forests, the glittering and translucent science and technology city in the east and the powerful administrative center in the new district in the west, just like a pearl embedded at the end of century avenue. The entrance to the square is a large-scale landscape sculpture "Dong Fangzhiguang" based on the sundial. It built a bench of more than 400 square meters with 24 tons of channel steel, and the amount of stainless steel pipes was more than 6000 meters. Facing century avenue, highlighting the cross-century time theme is the perfect combination of sculpture art language and modern high-tech architectural language, which is amazing!
