5. Having been engaged in the professional work for more than 5 years after obtaining the certificate of senior professional and technical workers or the qualification of professional and technical positions at the assistant level of related majors.

6 related professional senior technical school, higher vocational college or above, engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years after obtaining the senior professional certificate, and reached the required standard hours after technician training.

The property manager qualification examination belongs to the admission examination stipulated by the state.
