Persons who have been engaged in the professional work for more than 3 years continuously after obtaining the certificate of senior engineer of this major or the qualification of professional and technical posts at the assistant level of related majors, and have been trained by technicians to reach the prescribed standard hours.

5. Having been engaged in the professional work for more than 5 years after obtaining the certificate of senior professional and technical workers or the qualification of professional and technical positions at the assistant level of related majors.

6 related professional senior technical school, higher vocational college or above, engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years after obtaining the senior professional certificate, and reached the required standard hours after technician training.

Property manager refers to the person who provides services for owners and users through professional maintenance and management of buildings and their supporting equipment, facilities and sites, as well as maintaining environmental sanitation and public order in relevant areas according to the property management service contract.

The property manager qualification examination belongs to the admission examination stipulated by the state. Those who pass the national unified examination will be awarded the Qualification Certificate of People's Republic of China (PRC) Property Management Engineer by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Construction. After registration, you can be the person in charge of the property management project in the name of the property management engineer, be responsible for the management of the property management project, and engage in other businesses as stipulated by laws, administrative regulations or the construction administrative department of the State Council.

The qualification examination for property managers shall implement a unified outline, unified proposition and unified organization examination system, and the examination shall be held once a year in principle.
