What does Changsha ifs mean?

Changsha ifs is the international financial center of Changsha, and it is a super-high-rise large-scale urban complex integrating large-scale boutique shopping malls, high-end office buildings and international platinum five-star hotels. Invested and developed by Hongkong Wharf Group, the building is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Cai E Middle Road and Jiefang Road in Changsha, close to huang xing road pedestrian street, wuyi avenue, Changsha Metro 1 Line and Wuyi Square Station of Changsha Metro Line 2.

The main building of Changsha International Financial Center is 452 meters high, and the bottom of the core tube is a square structure with a length of 35 meters and a width of 33 meters. As the core tube goes up layer by layer, the peripheral frame structure is inserted into the floor steel beam, floor slab and concrete structure in turn. The two high-rise buildings have 6 floors and 4 floors respectively, of which the refuge floors of the 452-meter-high building are located on the 6th, 23rd, 48th, 56th, 70th and 83rd floors respectively, and the refuge floors of the 3 15m-high building are located on the 6th, 23rd, 48th and 56th floors respectively.
