Sales offices are for sale, single-family houses. Should I pay the property fee?

If the property fee should be paid within the jurisdiction of the property, if it really needs to be exempted, please ask the developer to issue an exemption statement.

Usually, the developer will issue a statement of exemption period, and there is no lifelong exemption at present. Unless the supporting facilities of the sales office operate independently, you don't need to enjoy any services provided by the property (for example, the pipelines for water, electricity, sewage and fire fighting are not shared with the equipment pipelines of the property management).
