You mean China Life on the west side of Xicheng Library?

Xizhimen subway station (? I forgot the direction of Xizhimen Inner Street at the exit. Turn right (that is, south) at the first traffic light (intersection) and cross the road. Go straight through two traffic lights (T-junction) and turn left (that is, east). Lunan is about 100 meters, diagonally opposite to the Municipal Bureau of Justice.

Note: The T-junction on the left is facing Shuntianfu Supermarket, which is easy to find.
