What is the procedure for opening the heating plug?

Procedures required to open all heating bolts:

1. Prepare materials according to different situations. According to different regions and even different communities, there will be different material needs. It is best to communicate with the property in advance and ask about the materials to be brought and the application procedures. Some communities can apply as long as they carry cash and real estate license, and some communities may need to submit some other documents, depending on the situation;

2. Submit an application. The application generally requires the head of the household to carry ID card, real estate license or purchase agreement and other materials to fill in the opening application at the heating place in the community. After showing the certificate, the staff will ask to fill in the application form for heating demand, fill it out truthfully and submit it when filling it out, and finally pay the fee and go home for approval.

3. Waiting for approval. Approval usually takes 2-3 working days. After the approval, if it is the first time for the user to turn on the heating, the heating office may send staff to check the heating water pressure and other issues, and check whether the water pipes are loose and aging. After making sure there is no problem, it usually takes about 3-7 working days for the heating to come.

Requirements for opening of heating air pipe:

1. The heating water inlet pipe shall not be laid in bedrooms, bathrooms, inflammable and explosive goods warehouses, rooms with corrosive media, power generation rooms, power distribution rooms, air-conditioning rooms that do not use gas, ventilation rooms, computer rooms, cable trenches, heating trenches, flues, air inlet pipes, garbage tunnels and other places;

2. Residential heating pipes should be located in kitchens, corridors, and closed balconies connected with kitchens (balconies should be closed when transporting moisture in cold areas) and other non-residential rooms that are easy to maintain. When it is really difficult, it can be introduced from the stairwell, but a metal pipe should be used, and the valve of the introduction pipe should be located outdoors;

3. The heating water inlet pipe of commercial and industrial enterprises should be located in the gas room or gas meter room;

4. The heating water inlet pipe should be introduced through the wall along the external wall ground. At the bend of the upper end of the outdoor open pipe section, a cleaning tee and a plug of not less than DN 15 should be added, and anti-corrosion treatment should be carried out. Keep warm when transporting moisture in cold areas. The inlet pipe can be introduced into the room through the external wall of the building or buried foundation. When the inlet pipe enters the building through the wall or foundation, it should leave the indoor ground for a short distance and should not be laid horizontally under the indoor ground.
