The real estate license of Tanghe Bund 15 building can be issued within 90 days. Property ownership certificate can generally be obtained within 90 days, depending on the registration period stipulated in the house sales contract. The unfinished real estate license shall be handled within 90 days from the date of delivery, and the completed real estate license shall be handled within 90 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
