Can the property management company raise the property fee at will?

The standard of property management fee shall be subject to the agreement in the property management contract or the commercial housing sales contract. Developers and property management companies are not allowed to raise prices unilaterally unless the government adjusts prices. Both parties shall implement the property management fee according to the standards agreed in the property management contract. If one party changes it without authorization, it shall bear the liability for breach of contract: it can be mediated by the price department or settled through arbitration or litigation.

Therefore, the property company shall not unilaterally increase the price of property fees, and if one party changes it without authorization, it shall bear the liability for breach of contract.
