Does the boss have to pay the property fee for renting a house for employees?

Legal analysis: bosses generally do not need to pay property fees for renting houses for employees. If the company rents a house for its employees, it is the company's accommodation fee. Of course, the company needs to pay the property fee, which has nothing to do with the employees. The property fee shall be borne by the renter. If the owner rents the house to the tenant, then the real user of the property is the tenant. The owner and the user of the property agree that the user of the property shall pay the property service fee, and from this agreement, the owner shall bear joint and several liabilities.

Legal basis: Article 7 of the Regulations on Property Management: Owners shall perform the following obligations in property management activities:

(a) abide by the management regulations and the rules of procedure of the owners' congress;

(two) abide by the rules and regulations of the use of * * * parts and facilities, the maintenance of public order and environmental sanitation in the property management area;

(three) to implement the decisions of the owners' congress and the decisions of the owners' committee authorized by the owners' congress;

(four) in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state to pay special maintenance funds;

(five) to pay the property service fee on time;

(six) other obligations stipulated by laws and regulations.
