1, legal person ID card, political examination form, and certificate of no criminal record issued by the local public security bureau.

2. A capital verification report of not less than RMB 200,000.

3. The articles of association of the school, the board of directors, the board of directors or other decision-making bodies (with a copy of ID card and a roster signed by board members).

4. School building certification materials

(1) 10 year, covering an area of 200 square meters. Note: The minimum training institution is more than 5 years;

(2) Fire-fighting materials: the fire-fighting acceptance certificate of the main building and the second fire-fighting acceptance record certificate of the leased site;

(3) Seismic materials of the main building;
