I will do a good job in cleaning some areas where there are many people in the community. In crowded places, I will arrange more employees to do daily cleaning, because there is more garbage and more cleaning work to be done in crowded places, and someone needs to clean it up in time. Different places make different arrangements. Every day I will arrange cleaning according to different time periods, which will be more related to the working hours of residents in the community. Generally, people will arrange cleaning after most people go to work, so as not to affect our work and let the residents of the community come back with a clean environment. We will also clean the trash can in time. Generally, we will clean the trash can three times a day, in the morning, at noon and at night, but more people will be arranged to clean it in crowded places.

Second, manage the cleaning staff

I will manage every cleaning staff well, and I will stipulate when they must finish their work, ensure that every cleaning staff can give full play to their own strength, do their own thing well, reduce the laziness of employees, punish and warn lazy people, and let employees know that we will always understand their work and avoid the situation of not working hard. The hard-working cleaning staff will be rewarded accordingly, so that kicking the door can continue to work hard and make a breakthrough, and at the same time, other employees can learn from them. First, they should follow their example, sit well in their work, have clear reward and punishment measures, be more capable of dividing the workplace, and guide them how to do a good job accordingly.

Third, make a clean work plan

More companies require more specific information about the community, and then work out the work plan according to the actual situation. The work plan lasts for one month to ensure the smooth progress of the work. We will consider the specific work arrangements, make work arrangements for specific events every day, and ask ourselves to do a good job and do the work well every day. Let other cleaners do a good job according to the job requirements, and the work must meet certain conditions before it can be accepted by everyone, so as to ensure the smooth completion of the work. Daily tasks are completed in turn and divided into multiple stages.

Fourth, improve the quality of cleaning services.

Our cleaning work needs to meet the requirements of residents in the community, and our purpose is to serve them, so we must meet their wishes in our work. When residents need our services, we will provide paid services to clean the residents and ensure the cleanliness. We will also seek the opinions of residents in our work and get their consent before starting work. If employees do not do well in their work, we can complain, and we will replace them according to their requirements to ensure the quality of service in the community.
