How does the procuratorate issue a property certificate?

The procuratorate only needs to open a real estate license and go to the community neighborhood Committee in the jurisdiction. Real estate license means that the property is only issued to the owner (the owner of the purchase contract or real estate license) as proof that the owner lives in the community, and then the owner issues a formal proof of residence to the community neighborhood Committee or police station in the jurisdiction.
