Is it legal to have only one car entrance and exit in a community?

Personally, I think there is nothing illegal about a car entrance and exit in the community, let alone legal or illegal. It should be unreasonable, because there must be a lot of vehicles in each community now. Only one entrance and exit will cause inconvenient transportation and delay residents' travel. It is reasonable to have at least two or more vehicles, which will bring greater convenience to residents.
