Pizhou Lantern Festival will be held every night from February 16 to February 22, and from February 18:00 to 22:00 in Shagou Lake Cunninghamia lanceolata Park. In order to ensure the safe and smooth progress of the Lantern Festival, our bureau will implement traffic control on some roads around Shagou Lake Cunninghamia lanceolata Park. According to the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations for the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Location of Lantern Festival:

Second, the traffic control time:

February 16 (22nd of twelfth lunar month-22nd of February (18th of twelfth lunar month)

Every night 17:00-22:00.

Third, the traffic control section:

(1) No-go section

Changjiang East Road 1 (Taizhou Road intersection-Zhongshan Road intersection)

2. Liaohe East Road (intersection of Taizhou Road and Zhongshan Road)

3. Yangzhou Road (intersection of Liaohe Road and Changjiang Road)

(2) Restricted road sections

1, Changjiang East Road (Taizhou Road intersection-Fuzhou Road intersection, Zhongshan Road intersection-Nanjing Road intersection) only allows residents' vehicles in nearby communities to pass by the Lantern Festival Vehicle Pass.

2. Taizhou Road west of Dingchangdagou (intersection of Liaohe Road and Yinxing Avenue) prohibits vehicles from entering this section from Liaohe Road and Yinxing Avenue. Among them, the southern section of the Yangtze River Road is prohibited from driving from south to north, and the northern section of the Yangtze River Road is prohibited from driving from north to south.

3. Zhongshan Road (intersection of Liaohe Road and Yinxing Avenue) prohibits vehicles from entering this section from Liaohe Road and Yinxing Avenue.

4. Vehicles are prohibited from passing from west to east at the intersection of Liaohe East Road (Fuzhou Road-Taizhou Road).

5. The intersection of Liaohe East Road (Zhongshan Road-Nanjing Road) is prohibited from passing from east to west.

Fourth, parking management:

Motor vehicles can be parked in Yaobang Furniture City Square and Market Supervision Administration, as well as on the east sides of Jinggangshan Road, Zhongshan Road, Lushan Road and Taizhou Road Dingchang Dagou.

1. Vehicles that need to be parked in the south section of Changjiang Road in the east section of Dingchangdagou, Taizhou Road enter from Yinxing Avenue;

2. Vehicles that need to be parked on both sides of Lushan Road enter from Ginkgo Avenue;

3. Vehicles parked on both sides of Zhongshan Road (intersection of Liaohe Road and Yinxing Avenue) enter from Yinxing Avenue.

Verb (abbreviation for verb) Traffic control measures:

1. During the Lantern Festival, except buses and vehicles with Lantern Festival passes, other motor vehicles are prohibited from entering the controlled roads;

2. Parking of motor vehicles is prohibited on traffic control sections;

3. The time for the traffic control section to resume vehicle traffic shall be decided by the traffic management department of the public security organ according to the scene of the Lantern Festival.

Please arrange the travel plans and detour routes during the traffic control period in advance for the units and residents along the traffic control section, so as not to affect the travel. Please understand and support the inconvenience caused by the Lantern Festival.
