How to determine the charging standard of residential property?

The collection standards of residential property fees are divided into four standards: level one, level two, level three and level four. However, the collection standards vary slightly from place to place, and the specific collection standards of property fees should be announced by the local price bureau. The charges of these four standards are about 1.00 yuan/month/square meter, 0.75 yuan/month/square meter, 0.5 yuan/month/square meter and 0.35 yuan/month/square meter (including taxes). If the owners' meeting has been established in the community, the property service charges will be regulated by the market, and the owners' meeting and the property company will negotiate and formulate the charging standards themselves. On the one hand, the collection standard of property management fees should be restricted by relevant national policies and regulations, and arbitrary charges should not be charged; On the other hand, the collection standard of property management fees is also limited by the income level of users and the principle of high quality and good price.
