In AliPay Operation 1, click the Citizen Center.

Click on the Citizen Center icon on Alipay's homepage.

2. Click Life Payment.

Click the Life Payment icon on the Civic Center page.

3. Click on the payment record.

Click the payment record icon on the Life Insurance Payment page.

4. You can check it out.

On the record page, you can view the monthly payment of water and electricity bills.
